I started dieting today and its really not good. I did the right stuff, the proper diet and exercise but I just feel really bad. I’m desperate to get thin but I’m always pissed and annoyed. I don’t like this feeling anymore but I want to diet too. @_@

I researched and saw an article, “Why Your Diet Makes You Angry“.

As I scanned the article, I saw that self control makes people aggressive. This is research based.

According to the article,

Medical studies have found that people on diets tend to be irritable and aggressive, the researchers write.

I think I’m dealing with this crisis right now. It’s really hard. I just really want to fast forward time or drink those recently banned pills that made me thin. This is craaazzzzyy. Sorry.
